NORMAL HOURS
Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. except
Wednesdays away from office 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Thursdays away from office 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Fridays away from office 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
If I am busy and can't answer the phone, leave a voice
message or better yet, use email (click on the Contact link upper right below View Cart
button).
HOLIDAYS
Since all orders except special requests are sent through the post office, no orders can
be sent when the post office is closed (obviously).

Some holidays are worked some are not. The following are the USA holidays that the
post office observes. The ones in BOLD BLUE
are NOT worked, the rest are usually normal work days for Jacobs Online
(we occasionally take 3 day weekends) but no shipments since
the post office is closed. See Vacation Closures above for exceptions and other
closures.
